While it may take up to 72 hours for your mattress to fluff up to its full height, it is safe to sleep on the first night. Jumping, walking and sleeping on your mattress actually helps with decompression!
Zinus mattresses are quite the catch and are compatible with not just adjustable bases but a bunch of other bases. Still, we recommend the 8-10” foam with the adjustable base due to its folding nature.
None of our mattress covers should be removed, and they are not washable. Removing the mattress cover could harm the fire safety barrier and void your warranty, so please always leave the cover on. There is a consumer label sewn into your mattress as a reminder not to remove the cover.
Our mattresses are low maintenance. A box spring, platform bed frame, slatted base, bunkie board, adjustable bed frame would work just fine! We recommend a flat surface to provide the mattress with extra support.
ZINUS Mattress 10 year Worry Free Limited Warranty
Zinus 10 year limited warranty applies to all mattresses purchased as new from an authorized retailer ( Proof of purchase is a required).
This warranty is void if the product is altered, outer cover and/or mattress tags are removed or if it is improperly used. Removal of the cover will expose the protective fire barrier and may cause exposure to glass fiber. Please follow the Care Instructions on the mattress Law Tags.
Yes. Our focus is on keeping our customers safe and helping them enjoy a restful and restorative sleep. We follow an industry-standard to meet flammability requirements for mattresses.
Memory foam should just remember good things (like your sleep style) and forget the bad stuff like smelly smells. Which is why we designed our memory foam, known as BioFoam®, with natural ingredients like green tea extract, castor natural seed oil and all-natural charcoal to help absorb moisture and keep your mattress smelling fresh. All of our foams are CertiPUR-US® Certified.
Yes. Safety and comfort are top priorities at Zinus, so we carefully consider all components of our products. All our mattresses meet flammability standards, and all Zinus mattresses being manufactured today use a carbon-rayon sleeve to protect our customers in the unlikely event of a fire.
Previously, Zinus used fiberglass as a fire safety material. Fiberglass has been used regularly by mattress manufacturers since 2007. None of our mattress covers should be removed, and they are not washable. The tags on our covers include a label with the instruction “Do not remove,” and we disclose whether a mattress contains fiberglass.

Zinus mattress rejuvenators and mattress pads are meant to fit mattresses up to 12″ deep.
Pressure-relieving comfort foam helps to improve sleep efficiency by eliminating pressure points. It aids the memory foam to conform to your body so your bones and joints sink into softness instead of feel their own weight against a surface. You magically wake up with less aches and pains.
Ahhhh…you know that refreshing zing that hits you when you first get into a cool bed on a hot night? Cooling foam aims to extend that feeling throughout the night. The top layer of gel infused foam contours to your shape and resists body heat to keep you cooler all night long.
Green tea is a safe and trustworthy anti-oxidant. Zinus infuses its memory foam products with natural green tea extract to maintain product freshness.
No, the mattress pad is not waterproof. It is meant to add additional plushness and protect your mattress from dirt and stains. Or if you have an older mattress that has lost a bit of its juice, then the rejuvenator is a great alternative to purchasing a new one. It is still recommended to use a mattress protector over the pad.
The mattress topper is made a tad bit smaller because they tend to spread out with use and shouldn’t hangover the edge. This avoids pulling or tearing the topper while getting out of bed.
Yes, rotating your mattress every season will prevent uneven wear and extend mattress life.
Flipping your mattress might result in all your dreams being upside down, so we can’t recommend it. Our mattresses aren’t designed to be flipped, so flipping should be avoided.
Yes Zinus is CertiPUR-US® certfified! Since most people spend so much time in bed, we feel like they should be snuggling on the healthiest of foams.
